How to register as an attendee?

1. Click on the "Register Now" button and fill out the required fields of the registration form.

2. You will receive a confirmation message upon registration. Failing this, please contact the OncoHub Congress Secretariat at oncohub.ro@gmail.com.

Notes for attendees:

• Please make sure that the entered email is correct since the address will be further used for sending the virtual congress login details and the certificate of attendance

• Please make sure that the entered personal information is correct since these will be completed on the certificate of attendance and will be used by the entitled authorities to grant the credits

How to register with poster presentation?

1. Click on the "Register Now" button and fill out the required fields.
   ! Check the poster participation box in the registration form available

2. Download the abstract template and send your abstract via email at oncohub.ro@gmail.com until September 30, 2021, to validate your registration with the poster presentation.

Notes for  attendees with poster presentation:​

• The participation with a poster presentation will be validated only after sending via email the abstract according to the template available on this page

• No abstract submissions will be accepted after September 30, 2021

• Only accepted abstract after peer review will be further invited for poster upload and indexed in the conference proceedings 

• Further information about the poster size and upload manner will be provided for each participant, after receiving the abstract acceptance email
