Present your work at the OncoHub Conference:​

Abstracts can be submitted for poster presentation or for short oral communication (10 minutes presentation). The final decision of whether an abstract is accepted as a poster or as a short oral presentation, or even rejected, lies with the OncoHub Scientific Committee.

Abstract submission information and guidelines:

• Download the abstract template and send your abstract via email at oncohub.ro@gmail.com until September 7, 2023. The abstract template contains all the necessary guidelines.

• An email with the abstract status (accepted/rejected) and type of participation (poster/short oral communication) will be sent until September 10, 2023

• The corresponding author or first author of the abstract must complete registration by September 18, 2023, for abstracts to be assessed and included in the Conference Programme and the Conference Abstract Book and Proceedings. If the abstract is accepted. but the registration is not completed, the abstract will be annulled;​​

Notes for  attendees with poster presentation:​

• The abstract submission will be validated only after sending via email the abstract according to the template available on this page;  

• No abstract submissions will be accepted after September 7, 2022;

• The same abstract cannot be submitted by multiple participants;

• Only accepted abstracts after peer review will be indexed in the conference proceedings; 

• Further information about the poster size and upload manner will be provided for each participant, after receiving the abstract acceptance email;
